We educate, empower, and engage parents and the community to improve quality of life for children with special needs and others at risk of education inequity.
We provide information, training, and support to help parents and caregivers access special education services available to children with disabilities. This work can start as early as with pre-natal families.

We are a National Parents As Teachers Affiliate (www.parentsasteachers.org).
Our P.A.T program provides services using the nationally recognized, evidence-based Parents as Teachers model that focuses on parents as their children’s first and most influential teachers. We recognize the early years of a child’s life as critical for optimal development and for providing the foundation for success in school and in life.

Our Certified Parent Educators are trained in child development and in parent advocacy. We will partner, facilitate and reflect with parents to strengthen their parenting skills.
